Have your Special Event at our historic Mansion with beautiful fireplaces, a lovely staircase, and a wonderful view. The White Meadow Lake Country Club is a perfect facility for Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Anniversaries, Engagements, Showers, Birthdays, Holiday Parties, Corporate Functions, or any occasion.

Our turn of the century Mansion is located in prestigious Morris County convenient to major highways. The stately Mansion has a 5000 sq. ft. Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 250 people. Our 143 acre Lake can be viewed from the Ballroom. Our Lake offers spectacular sunsets that will enhance your special occasion.

Choose Your Own Caterer

White Meadow Lake Country Club is pleased to allow the use of its facilities with your own Licensed and Fully Insured Caterer. The East & West Ballrooms, Tiffany Bar, Trophy Room, and Kitchen overlooking our beautiful Lake for a maximum of 5 hours are allotted for your use. Your party may be extended for up to two hours provided the party is over by 2am at an additional charge. Your event is the only event scheduled for that day.

Your caterer must supply all table service items which include dishes, table glassware, champagne and water glasses, silverware, linens, paper goods, garbage bags and the like. Bar glassware is supplied by WMLCC.

All beverages with the exception of coffee, tea, and milk must be supplied by White Meadow Lake Country Club. Our Bar Set-Up Options:

  • OPEN BAR - A per-head charge that entitles the renter to have all alcoholic beverages stocked by the WMLCC made available for consumption for a period of time not to exceed 5 hours.
  • PER-CONSUMPTION - Renter will be billed only for drinks poured. Renter has a choice of Full Bar Setup or "Beer & Wine Only".
  • SOFT DRINKS ONLY
  • You will have no less than 2 hours to decorate the ballroom prior to the start of the affair.
  • You are welcome to have your ceremony on the lawn, however since our liqour license does not extend to the lawn, no food or beverages are allowed.
  • Chairs for the service on the lawn can be rented from us.
