The White Meadow Property Owners Association is pleased to announce that the rental fee for the Trophy room has been substantially reduced. The Trophy room comes configured as a board room and provides table seating for 12 and bench seating for 10-11 adults. The Tiffany bar, which comes with the rental, has additional bench seating for about 4 adults. This room is excellent for private parties or business meetings. Rental of the Trophy room is a privilege only afforded to P.O.A. members.

The new rental fee of $50 includes use of the Trophy Room for two hours with a maximum of 30 guests. There is a fee of $12 for each additional hour.

Please note that the previous fee of $200 was all inclusive, including both maintenance and setup. To bring the rental within reach of more of the membership, maintenance and setup are no longer included. Renters, if they wish, may separate the two tables to provide table seating for an additional 2 people. To avoid deductions from the security deposit, renters must perform the maintenance necessary to bring the room back into the condition they found it. This includes bringing their own garbage bags and putting the trash in the dumpster.

Setup of the room is available for an additional fee.

The Tiffany bar may be used for food service. The renters may use their own warming trays or Sterno's. Kitchen use is not included.

Bar service is available when the Gold Bar is open at no additional charge and can be provided for an additional charge if the Gold Bar is not open.

A Caterer may be used for setting up, breaking down & serving only. Caterer must supply WMLCC with a certificate of insurance and shall be a CERTIFIED FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER. The caterer is not permitted to utilize the kitchen or any other room with the exception of the Tiffany bar and Trophy room.

All alcoholic beverages MUST BE SUPPLIED BY THE WMLCC. Renters and their guests are not permitted to bring any beverages into the facility.

A security deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.

The date cannot be booked more that 60 days in advance and may not conflict with other events.
