But White Meadow Lake is much more than a pretty picture, for within it's boundaries exists a vibrant, year-round community providing a wealth of experiences and activities for residents of all ages. </p> <p>If relaxation is what you seek, grab a chair and sun yourself by one of our three beaches or one of our 2 pools. Maybe fishing for bass or trout in the clean water of our lake would be just the thing to help you unwind or perhaps you would prefer to relax in the club house bar & lounge, conversing with friends or watching ball games on a big screen TV.</p> <p>For those seeking something more vigorous, our community is home to 3 ball fields which are used for baseball and soccer, 6 tennis courts, handball and shuffleboard courts and a basketball court. For our younger residents, Camp White Meadow provides a summer full of fun and frolic. For our athletic youth, White Meadow Lake has an award winning swim team, the <img src="../images/RED_DEVILS_WEB_TEXT_TRANS_LEFT.gif" width="94" height="23" align="texttop" alt="Red Devils"></p> <p>Or perhaps enrichment of mind and body is what you seek. White Meadow Lake offers pre-school and kindergarten readiness programs to prepare our young students. Enrichment programs include Arts & Crafts and Dance & Acrobatics. Karate courses are offered for all ages and an Aerobics program is offered for adults. Besides these regular programs, an assortment of other programs are sponsored that vary from year to year.</p> <p>Entertainment is provided throughout the year. Most activities occur in the club house ballroom which include <font color="red">parties</font>, comedy nights, mystery nights, dances, dinners and other celebrations. During the summer we also have beach parties and an all out celebration on Festival Day. If you need to do some entertaining of your own such as for a <b>wedding</b> or bar <b>mitzvah</b>, our ballroom, which has a private <i>bar<i> and an attached <i>kitchen<i>, is available for <font color="red">rental</font>.</p> <p>Community is what White Meadow Lake is really all about. Opportunity to socialize with your neighbors abounds. Besides the informal gathering of friends at the pool, the beach, the athletic fields or the club house, a multitude of clubs and organizations exist within the lake, providing opportunities to socialize with your neighbors on a regular basis. For those who really want to immerse themselves in the community experience, the lake is run by over 20 committees staffed entirely by resident volunteers.
