Gold Lounge {As of May 1, 2023)
-POA Residents in good standing may rent the Gold Bar & Lounge during unused shifts!
-Rental includes private use of the Gold bar and Gold lounge plus shared use of the Gold Bar Patio.
-Booking is subject to staff availability. WMLCC reserves the right to cancel booking within 3 business days.
-A rental fee of $200 includes use of the Gold Lounge with a maximum of 50 guests.
-Rentals are for a total of 4 hours which INCLUDES set up time.
-The Gold Lounge may be used for food service. You may use your own warming trays. Kitchen use is NOT included. You must supply your own garbage bags and remove all garbage at the end of your event.
-A Caterer may be used for setting up, breaking down & serving only. The caterer is not permitted to utilize the kitchen or any other room with the exception of the Gold Lounge.
-All beverages MUST BE SUPPLIED BY THE WMLCC. Renters and their guests are not permitted to bring any beverages into the facility.

Trophy Room
-POA members in good standing may rent the Trophy Room!
-Dues must be paid prior to event. Booking is subject to staff availability. WMLCC reserves the -right to cancel booking within 3 business days.
-The Trophy Room comes configured as a board room and provides table seating for 10 to 12 and additional window bench seating for 10 adults. A rental fee of $200 per hour includes use of the Trophy Room for a minimum of 4 hours with a maximum of 22 guests. The 4 hours includes Set Up time. The renter may use their own warming trays. Kitchen use is not included. Member must supply their own garbage bags and remove garbage.
-A Caterer may be used for setting up, breaking down & serving only. The caterer is not permitted to utilize the kitchen or any other room with the exception of the Tiffany bar and Trophy room.
-All beverages MUST BE SUPPLIED BY THE WMLCC. Renters and their guests are not permitted to bring any beverages into the facility.
